Those that have toured Frain are impressed by the scope and modern interior design of the Frain headquarters. Customers, especially, are captivated by the shop and sales areas.

The front desk receptionist recently moved into the sales floor, what Frain calls the arena, getting a comprehensive view of the entire room. From her seat, she sees the interactions between account managers, engineers, directors, and customers and observes the dynamic between the sales, marketing, research and inventory, accounting, and other departments.

Like the top row bleachers of a baseball stadium, she can sit back and witnesses all the plays while enjoying a treat or two.
