Equipped with 36" wide x 36" long x 25" deep vibratory product supply hopper has 12" wide feed pan and bucket elevator with 9" long x 5" wide x 2½" deep product buckets and 176" discharge height with 30" wide x 48" long (6) lane vibratory feed pan to 9 lane in-line combination scale system with vertical form fill and seal bagger has a 12" long vertical seal bar and 9 -7/16" wide horizontal seal jaws with hole punch. Video Jet DataFlex 6530 hot stamp coder and 11¾" wide x 143" long take away conveyor with 34" discharge height. System includes 129" x 90" mezzanine platform 98" off the ground with 42" high safefty rails.

Equipped with open top, (10) pockets set on 15" centers with 13" long x 8" wide x 13" deep funneled product hoppers, 190" long x 8" wide container conveyor with worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge and safety guarding. Control panel has AB controller with touch screen HMI.

Equipped with 190" long product in feed conveyor with 6" long x 3-1/2" wide x 11" deep fixed product buckets and 2 side rotary pouch feeders and placers. 72" long 2 belt automatic blank carton magazine, 3 head rotary pic n place, (4) chains adjustable system set on 7-1/2" centers with 5" high x 1" wide lugs, barrel cam loader, with rotary top hold down conveyor, no product / no carton detector, Nordson hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers and 28" long dual side belt compression and discharge section. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with A/B swing arm touch pad controls and panel view with cartoner on / off, run / jog switches, start, stop and e-stop buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with multi leveling legs and Lexan safety guarding.

Equipped with (2) chains fixed set on 10" centers with 7" long; 5-3/4" wide; 4" deep fixed product buckets. 72" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pick in place, with (4) 5" ID pocket rotary product filling system and (4) 8" long x 6-1/2" wide x 14" high stainless steel product funnels with dust removal system and Seko gauges. Control panel has A/B CPU and A/B Panelview with A/B variable speed drive controllers, run, jog, drive speed, power on / off with product and without product switches, start, stop and e-stop push button controls with increase and decrease product buttons at each end of the cartoner. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with locking safety guarding.
