Equipped with (2) 45½” wide x 61″ high short gas flow chiller plates, each plate has (32) corrugates with an internal volume of 6.75 gallons and a colling surface area of 42.75 Ft² for a total of 85.5 Ft² across both plates, Xylem model BP423 plate and frame heat exchanger. Mounted in a stainless steel cabinet.
