Raque Model PF-2.5-10, Automatic, stainless steel, 10 head, inline, piston filler rated from 6 to 60 cycles per minute with number of containers – depending on materials and application. Fill range: 0.1 oz to 2.5oz. Equipped with (10) 2½oz pistons, dual 24"L x 18"W x 20"D agitated product hoppers with 2"OD / ¾" ID Tri-Clamp product ports. Control panel has AB controller with touch screen HMI. Mounted on stainless steel heavy duty frame.

Holmatic Model PR4, Automatic, 4-up, cup filler, die cutter, heat sealer and over lidder rated from 20 to 160 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. Stainless steel and hard anodized aluminum construction. Cup size: up to 4½" in Diameter; and 6" in Height. Fill size: up to 41oz both with proper change parts. Equipped with (4) cup magazines with spiral cup denesters, product hopper and feeders, cup conveyor currently set with (4) across 3¼" OD cup pockets set on 6" centers, (4) pistons with rotary valves and ¾" OD positive shut off nozzles, roll stock film with die cutters, heat sealers and cup over lid magazines, with reciprocating vacuum pick n place and spinning roller over lidder. Osgood Syntegon, Model BEF-2X6800-S, Automatic, inline, 6 lane, 12 head, stainless steel, pre-made RTE (ready to eat) food tray filler, roll stock film applicator, heat sealer and cut-off station with number of trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. Designed for a wide range of both dairy and food products from liquid, to viscous to pumpable into pre-made containers (with proper change parts). Equipped with 428" long tray conveyor and has 7" long x 47-1/4" wide carrier plates with (6) across 4-1/2" x 6" oval tray pockets set on 7" centers, (12) 48" long empty tray magazines, with denesters, (2) 50" long x 20" wide x 16" deep stainless steel agitated product hoppers and (2) sets of (6) filling heads set on 7" centers, no container / no fill, roll stock film applicator and heat sealer with (12) serrated blade cut-off station and automatic film rewind. Hinds Bock Model SC-1330, automatic, inline stainless steel, empty cup denester, filler and lidder. Rated from 5 to 60 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and size fill. Equipped with 64" long x 6" wide plastic Delrin conveyor thru filling section and 72" long x 6" wide flexlink conveyor thru lidding section with 32" infeed / discharge heights. 40" long empty cup magazine with spinning rod cup denester and low stack alarm, places cups on conveyor to Bimba cup indexing for filling (choice of filler per application) then to lid applicator with 48" long automatic roller lid magazine and compression section, with no container, no fill, no lid system. Control panel has PLC controller and A/B Panel View touch pad controls with cycle start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on (6) leg frame with locking casters.
