Liquefiers are liquid mixers that are designed to mix solids and semi-solids into a liquid. Liquefiers use agitation of a liquid to dissolve solids or semi-solids into solution. To properly dissolve solids and semi-solids into liquids, liquefiers are to create the largest amount of turbulence within the liquid mixture within the liquefier. Liquefiers are often designed with a rectangular shaper to reduce the vortex effect of the liquid. Circular liquefiers are designed with baffles to prevent the liquid mass from creating a vortex within the liquefier. Some liquefiers are designed with side scrape to sweep the sides of a circular liquefier and return the product from the side of the liquefier to the mixture.
Breddo, Model LDD, 250 gallon 304 stainless steel single wall liquefier. Chamber dimensions: 43" x 43" with 34" straight wall. Equipped with 18" diameter top man way with flip up bolt down cover, (3) 2½" OD / 2" ID and (1) 3½" OD / 3" ID tri-clamp style top inlet ports, (1) CIP spray ball, bottom 6 hole / 3 wing general purpose impeller and 3" OD / 2½" ID sanitary side bottom discharge with 20" floor clearence, bottom 25 Hp motor drive. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg tubular frame.
OAD: 45" L x 45" W x 73" H
Breddo Model LORW, 50 gallon, 316L stainless steel, high shear, jacketed liquefier with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 32" ID x 20" straight wall with 13" sloped bottom, 18" ID man way with flip top bolt down cover, (2) 2-1/2" OD / 2" ID and (1) 2"OD / 1-1/2" ID top sanitary ports. 90 psi jacket with (2) 2" OD / 1-1/2" ID threaded jacket ports and side temperature gauge with 10" OD bottom 6 hole / 3 wing impeller and side mounted belt motor drive. Cone bottom has 3" OD / 2-1/2" ID side bottom discharge with 25" ground clearance. Control panel has speed pot dial, mixer start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on tubular style base frame.

Breddo, Model LOR, 100 gallon, 316 stainless steel, single wall liquefier. Chamber dimensions: 41" OD with 24" straight wall. Equipped with 24" diameter top man way with flip up bold down cover, (3) 2½" OD / 2" ID tri-clamp style top inlet ports, bottom 6 hole / 3 wing / 6 blade impeller and 3½" OD / 3"ID tri-clamp style side bottom discharge with 17" floor clearence, side 40 Hp motor drive and mounted on stainless steel (6) leg tubular frame.

Norman 200 gallon, 304 stainless steel, high shear, single wall, rectangular shape liquefier. Chamber dimmensions: 42" in Length; 42" in Width; 26" straight wall; 18" sloped cone bottom with 36" total depth. Equipped with 24" x 24" ID top manway and (1) 2-1/2" ID sanitary, (1) 1" ID threaded top ports. (1) 2-1/2" OD sanitary side port, and (1) 1" ID threaded bottom port. Cone bottom, 6 hole / 3 wing high shear impeller and 3-1/2" OD sanitary side bottom discharge port with 31" floor clearence, 25 Hp side mounted belt driven motor drive and mounted on (4) leg stainless steel tubular base frame.
OAD: 63" L x 48" W x 69" H
Norman 250 gallon, 304 stainless steel, high shear, single wall, rectangular shape liquefier. Chamber dimmensions: 48" in Length; 48" in Width; 24" straight wall; 22" sloped cone bottom with 36" total depth. Equipped with 32" x 34" ID top manway and (1) 2-1/2" ID sanitary, (2) 1-1/2" ID top ports. Cone bottom, 6 hole / 3 wing high shear impeller and 2-1/2" OD sanitary side bottom discharge port with 24" floor clearence, 25 Hp side mounted belt driven motor drive and mounted on (4) leg stainless steel tubular base frame.
