Doboy Model 201, 2-up, horizontal, continuous motion flow wrapper rated from 50 to 250 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Stainless steel contact parts. Product size range: 1-1/2" to 22.2" in Length; 1/2" to 9.8" in Width; up to 3.5" in Height with proper change parts. Equipped with 120" long lugged product load area, horizontal hot seal jaws and fin seal wheels, film registration, 24" long discharge chute with safety guarding. Web specifications: up to 26" in width; up to 16" in diameter; 3" core diameter. Dual film spindles with splicing table for ease of film roll change. Control panel has touchpad controls with LCD display operator interface. Mounted on height adjustable legs with casters and leveling legs.

Equipped with 58" L x 12" W canvas product in feed conveyor with 26" in feed height, product upstaker, no pack / no wrap, static elimination, film registartion, hand wheel jog adjustment, low level film spindle, 18" L film reel with 1-1/2" OD core, dual 36" L x 5-7/8" H powered end heat seal plates, with 36" discharge height, control panel with lateral, right / left, end heat seal, conveyor speed, jog / run, registration, start / stop control buttons, with e-stop, saftey guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with height adjustable legs.
