Back to All EquipmentAdco, Model 15D105125EC, semi automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 125 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range:1.5" to 9" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, with 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" high lugs, 36" long blank carton magazine, with (2) head rotary vacuum pick n place, 84" long product hand load area, Nordson 2 gun hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closers and interlock flip-up safety guarding. Control panel has controller with start, stop, e-stop push buttons, on / off switches for glue, vacuum and controls with conveyor and speed control dials with self contained vacuum system and foot pedal jog. Mounted on a heavy duty base frame with leveling legs.
