Cherry Burrell, 2,750 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel insulated mixing tank. Vessel dimensions: 84" diameter x 115" straight wall with slant style bottom. Equipped with an 18" diameter lift up and clamp down man way, CIP spray balls supplied by a 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-Clamp fitting, (3) thermowells, 3 Hp top mounted prop agitator and 2½" ID side discharge with 16" ground clearance.
