Delkor Sealer Case Top Only TSC
Back to All EquipmentDelkor Capstone Series, TSC, Stainless steel, top carton closer and hot melt glue sealer rated up to 150 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 3" to 10½" in Length x 1" to 5" in Width x 4" to 7½" in Height currently set with 12 pockets set on 11¾" centers, (4-1/2" long x 4-1/2" wide x 4" deep) case carton carriers on rotary feed conveyor. Capable of handling both corrugated and paper board in a variety of carton styles such as tri-seal, front-flap seal, hooded or hinged cartons, (all with proper change parts). Equipped with Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system and Siko gages. Control panel has A/B PLC controls with swing arm A/B Panelview Plus 700 HMI and A/B Kinetix 6000 servo motors and A/B Powerflex, with start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with safety guarding, statis light bar and leveling legs.
