Fowler Model CARF-E-8/360, Automatic, 8 head, stainless steel, rotary chuck screw capper, rated from 80 to 240 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Set on 6" centers. Minimum / maximum cap size range: 38mm to 120mm, Minimum / maximum container height range : 4" to 14" and container sizes from 1oz to 30oz with proper change parts. Equipped with 112" long x 2-1/2" wide Delrin belt conveyor with worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge 24" OD stainless steel cap bowl feeder, (8) frictionless, magnetic clutch chuck screw caping heads, with missing cap and container detection. Control panel has A/B CPU and A/B swing arm touch pad controller with panel view and start, stop, e-stop controls, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with height adjustable legs.
