Jones Model Criterion II, Automatic, horizontal, high speed, servo driven, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner, with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 15" centers with 5-1/2" high x 1" wide lugs. Carton size range: 2-1/2" to 14" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 6" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with 142" long total, (3) smart belt product in feed conveying system, with automatic (2) belt blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary carton pic n place, with camera verification system, no product / no carton, barrel cam product loader, with rotary top confiner, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers with Seko gauges and compression section. Control panel has A/B controller and A/B panelview with multiple start, stop, jog, reset and e-stop push buttons sections. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety door guarding and leveling legs.
