The disperser liquid type of batch mixer uses intense dispersion mixer blades that are lowered into the liquid and then energized for mixing and dispersion of the materials in the solutions. Liquid disperser vertical mixers can approach near emulfication and can handle very thick materials upon completion of the mixing. Liquid disperser mixers are also capable of handling chemical reactions and can be in closed tanks that can maintain an inert gas atmosphere.
Reversible high shear mixer rated to 1730 gpm. All S/S contact parts, 45" L x 1 3/4" diameter shaft with a 6" rotor stator head. Equipped with air over hydraulic lift to raise and lower mixer. Capable of handing up to a 44′ diameter vessel. Hitachi J300 IGBT Inverter, RPM display and 30 Hp drive.

Ross Model HDM 110, high speed, high shear, batch mixer. Stainless steel wetted contact parts. Equipped with 46" long x 1-1/2" diameter shaft and 6" diameter general purpose slotted disintegrating head with 10 Hp motor. Mounted on locking casters. Rates dependent on materials and application.

Scott Turbon, Model XMLV, high shear benchtop mixer. Equipped with 5" diameter x 7" deep mixing tank, lift out high shear mixer powered by 2 hp drive, vacuum pump. A/B touch pad controller with read out and pump start, stop push button.

Burdosa, Model GR80, inline, continuous, dynamic loop mixer. Rated from 60 to 92 gallons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configutation. Equipped with an 8" OD x 16" long mixing chamber with a low pressure jacket, 3"OD / 2"ID seated bevel style primary charge port, 5½"OD / 1½"ID circular flange style secondary charge port and 3"OD / 2"ID seated bevel style discharge port. Mixer rotor powered by a 5.3 hp drive with variable speed controls.
