U S Bottlers Automatic 12 Head, stainless steel, rotary chuck capper rated from 120 to 350 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Containers size range: up to 6" in OD x up to 6-1/2" in Height. Equipped with 68" long x 3-1/4" wide container conveyors, star wheel in feed and discharge, 36" OD turret currently has 12 precision torque air chuck capping heads set on 12" centers, with top turret drive, no bottle / no cap with turret safety guarding. Control panel has cap lift up, down and off switch, controls and line, chuck, sorter and chute air gauges. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.
