Tisma Model TC50DE, semi automatic, vertical hand load cartoner, rated from 60 to 150 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range; 1" to 6" in Length, x 5/16" to 3" in Width x 2-1/2" to 8" in Depth currently set for straight tuck, but can run reverse tuck or glue cartons with proper change parts. Equipped with 1 chain, set on 5" centers with 2-1/2" long x 2-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" deep fixed product buckets, blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic n place, 36" long manual load area on each side and self contained lube and vacuum systems. Control panel has A/B CPU controller and Electro Cam 5000 PLUS controls, with paneview and start, stop, reset, e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety guarding, casters and leveling legs.
