Material Handling Equipment – Machines designed for handling various off-line products that are necessary for the overall operation of the plant but not directly utilized in the production of goods. Material Handling is a term used for a system of conveyors, transfers, channelizers, and indexers designed to move product from one point to the next. Material Handling Systems can be incorporated into any packaging line to form a system that can handle the complete packaging process.
MTC, Model HLC2HD, column barrel dumper. Rated to a maximum capacity of 1000 lbs. Equipped with a roller bottom drum hoist with 23" wide x 2" diameter rollers. Lift is powered by a 2 HP drive and has a discharge height of 124".

Sota Model BBD-292 bulk bag, super sack unloading system rated up to 4400 lbs with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with heavy duty frame that is directly connected for fully self contained unloading system, from the bulk bag hoist station, to the air operated 28" long x 28" wide x 38" deep conical stainless steel product feed hopper directly discharging by volume and has a stainless steel mounted dust collector, 32" wide x 38" long hopper feed with bottom vibrator and 4" diameter x 12′ long Flexicon auger feeder.Bulk Sack loaded via forklift.
