Pneu-Con, model SC-2000 Whisper Loader, vacuum conveying system with aluminum contact parts and stainless steel mezzanine and lift column. Rated up to 2000 lbs per hour depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Supply hopper equipped with a 24" diameter x 28" deep cone bottom bin with a 9" straight wall and 2" diameter hose connection. Receiving hopper equipped with a 12" diameter x 24" deep bin with a 18" straight wall, 2" diameter hose connection, Vibra-pulse filter cleaner, weighted dump valve and 7" diameter discharge. Mezzanine equipped with a 38" x 32" standing platform set 42" off the ground with 43" rails and a 4-step staircase. Lifting column equipped with a screw jack powered by a ¾ hp drive and 135" max lifting height.
