Unit is mounted on a 69"long x 40"wide x 24"high stainless steel frame stand.

Equipped with three 24" long x 12" wide infeed ports, three 36" long x 6" wide neoprene conveyors, vacuum dust collection ports, and a 156" long x 12" wide neoprene discharge conveyor. Mounted on height adjustable legs with casters.

Meyer Model HPB12B, Conveyor product "Blending System" rated up to 160 feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (5) 120" long x 8" wide stainless steel uncasing conveyors feeding into a 30′ long x 17" wide incline cleated accumulating conveyor with 17" wide x 2" high cleats set on 12" centers. (5) 34" x 18" uncasing station, stainless steel with guide rails, status lights and 48" high discharges. Each mounted individual frames with locking casters. Previous operation: conveying individual single serving snack bars to a form and fill machine to be filled in a variety pack.

Model Ultra stainless steel vibratory conveyor. Infeed height 35" to a 24-1/2" wide opening with 5" high sidewalls. After a further 11" a 17-3/4" long x 24-1/2" wide stainless steel rod area begins, last used for de-watering. The rods are 1/4" thick spaced at 1/2" intervals, interchangable screen. Below the screen is a reject chute with terminal dimensions of 11" long x 18" wide, discharging at a height of 28-1/4". The conveyor continues above into a gradually widening section which terminates after 63" at 46-1/4" wide and discharges at a height of 35".

Continuous, 4 to 1, product blending system rated up to 30 tons per hour – depending on materials and applications. Equipped with four 5 ft³ stainless steel vibratory bins, feeding into four 108" long x 10" wide incline cleated take away conveyors with 9" wide x 1" high cleats set on 8" centers, feeding into a 382" long x 14" wide flex-link accumulating conveyor with 14" wide x 3" high cleats set on 12" centers. Additional features: Lexan guarding, stainless steel guide rails and Neoprene conveyor belts. Mounted on height adjustable legs and casters.
