Filler Cup Inline. An inline cup filler fills and seals cups using straight line tooling to index cups. The machine de-nests cups, indexes the cups below the filler where the cups are filled, indexes the cups below the sealing head where the cups are sealed, and indexes the cups to the discharge station where the cups are discharged. Multiple lanes of cups to be processed simultaneously by this type of machine (depending on original machine configuration) allowing for greater machine output. Machine can be outfitted with either pre-cut or roll stock film seals, overlid applicator, and different filling heads for different types of products.
Autoprod / Oystar Model FP2x1, Automatic, stainless steel, single lane, (2) up, cup filler roll stock film and heat selar rated from 10 to 60 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range: up to 5" in diameter and 5" in height. Equipped with cup denester, 18" wide x 16" long x 18" deep product hopper, (2) 32 ounce piston with rotary valve and positive cut off nozzles, roll stock film with heat seal station and re-wind with reciprocating pick and place overlidder. Control panel has push button and switches,with digital temperature controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with safety guarding.

Autoprod / Oystar, Model FP 4×2, Automatic, stainless steel, (4) lane, (2) up, cup filler. Rated from 80 to 240 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range to 2" in diameter and 2" in height. Equipped with 21" diameter x 18" deep jacketed product hopper, cup denester, (8) 2oz pistons and roll stock film and heat seal stations with scrap re-wind. Control panel with push button start / stop and on / off switche controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.

Autoprod, Model FP – 1×8, Automatic, inline, stainless steel cup filler and die cut heat sealer. Rated from 10 to 30 cycles or 80 to 240 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Denests, fills and heat seals pre-cut foil to cups, currently set to do 1 x 8 pattern on 3¾” centers. Equipped with cup denster with 21" vertical magazine, 8-head rotary valve depositor with 16" long x 30"wide x 22" deep product hopper, 8-head piston filler with positive cut off and 16" long x 30" wide x 22" deep product hopper, reciprocating pre-cut foil pic-n-place and heat-sealing section. Control panel with push button start / stop / E-stop, (8) digital temperature controllers and on / off switches for cup denest, filler 1, filler 2, lid picker, heat sealer, and heaters.

Modern Packaging, Model SL1X2, automatic inline stainless steel cup filler, die cut, heat sealer and lidder. Rated from 20 to 80 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. Fill capacity: 1 oz to 8 oz (with current pistons). Currently set to do 1 x 2 pattern, set on 4½” centers. Equipped with dual lane cup denster with 7" magazine, (2) piston filling station with positive cut off nozzles, pick and place die cut film with 6" magazine, peel off over lidder with 35" roller magazine and discharges to 16" long collating station. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with push button machine start / stop / E-stop. Variable speed control dial and on / off switch controls for heaters, auto / manual, cup denester, filler, film pick, heat seal and over lidder. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.Change parts required to accommodate size range.

Stainless Steel 5 lane accumulation table 68" (L) x 42" (W). Equipped with a 1 1/4" (H) adjustable product arm, 3 1/2" (H) guide rails. Unit mounted on a stainless steel frame and was last used in a tray filling line. Each lane running faster then the next.

Osgood Model 3600-E-L, 3 lane, inline, stainless steel, cup filler, heat sealer, lidder rated from 30 to 120 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Currently set in (3) up pattern on 6” centers. Equipped with (3) lane cup denster, (filler as per application ), roll stock film with heat sealing stations and knife assemblies, 48" long (3) lane powered roller lid magazine with recipicating pic n place and snap on lid section. Control panel has A/B PLC and A/B touch pad controller with panel view and interlock safety doors. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame. Change parts required to accommodate size range.
