Kliklok, Model SW4WS, automatic, single head tab lock tray former. Rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: 5" to 28" in Length; 4" to 12" in Width; 1" to 5½" in Height. Equipped with an 18" long powered blank tray magazine, (3) suction cup vacuum reciprocating pick-in-place, single mechanical tray forming head and hooded seal area with Lexan lift-up access safety door. Control panel with push button start / stop.

Equipped with 28” long blank tray magazine, (4) station rotary vacuum pick and place tray former, Nordson hot melt glue and self contained vacuum systems with 12" wide x 60" long Dorner discharge conveyor. Control panel with A/B controller with A/B touch screen HMI and start / stop / e-stop push buttons with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on base frame with multi height adjustable legs.

Equipped with continuous motion lugged carton transfer design with overhead assembly, hot melt glue system and roller compression section with Seko gauges.
