Urschel, Model OV, automatic stainless steel USDA slicer for uniform crosscut slicing of elongated food products with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 48" long v-belt in feed, 2½" wide product hold down belt and 7" OD discharge with 31" ground clearance. Will accommodate products up to 2¾" OD and capable of flat or crinkle slices and will produce flat slices from 1/16" to 1¾" thick. Change parts are required to accommodate size / cut range. Mounted on (4) stainless steel height adjustable legs.

Urschel, Model VSC, Automatic slicer for uniform segment, slab and strip cuts, with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and type cut. Accepts product up to 4" in diameter. Equipped with 5" wide top and bottom product conveyor belts with 4½" diameter product cutting / discharge port. Control panel has start, stop, e-stop push buttons and vari speed contoller. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with interlock safety doors.
Segment cut types: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 12. Rectangular strips: 7.1mm x 10.3mm to 8.7mm x 11.9mm. Square strips: 4.0mm x 7.5mm to 14.2mm x 25mm.

Urschel Model DIVERSACUT 2110, All stainless steel dicer, uniformly dices, strip cuts and slices a wide variety of products at high production with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Accepts products up to 10" in any dimension. Equipped with product feed hopper with continuous operation for uninterrupted production and is designed for easy cleanup and maintenance. The crosscut knife spindle in conjunction with the other cutting components creates a compact cutting zone establishing precision cuts as the product moves throughout the process. Commonly used for vegetables, fruits, bakery ingredients, dairy inclusions, meat, poultry, seafood, pet food and alternative plant-based products. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.

Shreds: A shredding spindle can be installed in place of the crosscut knife spindle. Shreds will vary depending on number of spacers and shred discsused.

Urschel, Model CCD, stainless steel, slicer, strip cutter, shredder and crinkle cutter used for a variety of different food products with production and volumes rates per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Flat Slices: 0.8mm to 12.7mm, Standard Crinkle: 3-1/3 to 5.7 waves per inch Depth of Crinkle: 2.0mm to 2.1mm, Thickness: .040mm to .285mm, V-Slices 4.7 to 8 waves per inch Depth of Crinkle: (4.7) 2.1mm, Thickness: 1.0mm to 2.5mm. Depth of Crinkle (8)1.3mm, Thickness: 1.0mm to 2.5mm. Also does Oval, Crescent Shreds and strip cuts (all with proper change parts). Equipped with centrifugal type slicer utilizes rotating impeller to force the product to the side walls and thru (8) individual inter-changeable cutting heads that enable the processor to change the type of cuts in minutes and has inexpensive to replace, specially designed throw away knives. Accept products up to 3-1/2" in any dimension. Stainless steel feed hopper, discharge chute and start / stop push buttons controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters.

Urschel, Model RA-D, stainless steel, USDA approved, wash-down dicer / strip-cutter capable of production rates from 5,000 to 8,000 lbs per hour -depending on materials and application. capable of handling product up to 3-1/2" in any dimension. Slice thickness ranges from 1/16" to 3/8", circular knives range from 1/8" to 1" and crosscut knives range from 1/8" to 1-1/2" spacing (all with proper change parts). Equipped with top-mounted 15” long x 14” wide x 18” deep stainless steel product feed hopper. Control panel has start, stop and safety controllers. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters. Change parts required to accommodate size ranges.

Urschel, Model Diversacut Q, QuantiCut, stainless steel, dicer, slicer, strip cutter with pounds of product per minute and hour – depending on materials and application. Maximum product input size is 10" (254 mm) in any dimension. The Model Q is a higher production model of the model GA. It will slice, strip cut, dice and crinkle cut with a combinations of different slice thickness, with the use of different circular knife spacing and interchangeable crosscut knife spindles. Slice of thickness: 1/8" to 1-1/8" (3.2 to 28.6mm), Circular Knives: 1/4" to 3" (6.4 to 6.2mm) Crosscut Knives: 1/8 to 2-5/8 in. (3.2mm to 66.7mm). Mounted on (4) legs with locking casters. Used for wide variety of products such as potatoes, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, pineapple, peppers, celery and many of other products.

Urschel, Diversacut Sprint, stainless steel dicer uniformly dices, strip cuts, and slices a wide variety of products at high production capacities with speeds dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. Capable of handling product sizes up to 6½" in any dimension. Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 3" (3.2 to 76.2 mm), Crosscut knife cuts: 3/32 to 1-1/2" (2.4 to 38.1 mm), Crosscut knife crinkle cuts: 9/32 to 9/16" (7.1 to 14.3 mm). Equipped with a 17" deep 16" x 17" rectangular hopper, 14" diameter x 7" wide product chamber, circular knives, cross cut knives, 1½HP drive and a 20" x 10" discharge chute with 15" ground clearance. Change parts required per application.
