Urschel, Model 1700 Commitrol, stainless steel, reduction mill for free flowing dry and semi-dry product with number of pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 3½" OD / 3"ID Tri-clamp charge port with a 119" charge height, 9" OD / 6"ID milling chamber with (3) 3" dog leg style high speed rotating impeller and cutting head with vertical blades and 17" diameter product discharge with 93" ground clearance. Powered by a 40 Hp motor drive with push button start / stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Operations include communiting, granulating, milling, slicing, liquifying, dispersing, and pureeing.

All S/S dicer uniformly dices, strip cuts, and slices a wide variety of products at high production capacities, and accepts products up to 10" in any dimension. Types of cuts slices: flat & crinkle slices: 1/16 to 1" Strip cuts: flat and crinkle minimum/maximum flat strips 1/8 x 1/8" to 1 x 1" x length of product. Crinkle strips 9/32 x 9/32" length of product. Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 3" Crosscut knife cuts: 1/8 to 1-1/2" Crosscut knife crinkle cuts: 9/32 to 5/8" Change parts required to accommodate size range.

Urschel, Translicer 2000, stainless steel slicer. Production rates dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 20" diameter cutting wheel, 98" long V-belt infeed and variable speed controls for both the belt and wheel. Ideally suited for elongated firm products up to 4" in diameter and 6" diameter for compressible leafy products. Capable of flat slices, crinkle slices and julienne cuts. Change parts required to accommodate specific cut configurations.

Urschel, Diversacut Sprint, stainless steel dicer uniformly dices, strip cuts, and slices a wide variety of products at high production capacities with speeds dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. Capable of handling product sizes up to 6½" in any dimension. Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 3" (3.2 to 76.2 mm), Crosscut knife cuts: 3/32 to 1-1/2" (2.4 to 38.1 mm), Crosscut knife crinkle cuts: 9/32 to 9/16" (7.1 to 14.3 mm). Equipped with a 17" deep 16" x 17" rectangular hopper, 14" diameter x 7" wide product chamber, circular knives, cross cut knives, 1½HP drive and a 20" x 10" discharge chute with 15" ground clearance. Change parts required per application.

Urschel, Model 2100, stainless steel Comitrol, with feeder and processor unit. Equipped with a 31" long x 23" wide x 25" deep product hopper with a 9" straight wall, 27" long x 14" diameter beater bar with (10) 5" long x 3" wide paddles powered by a 2 HP drive, 6" diameter auger feeder with 6" centers powered by a 3 HP drive, stationary cutting head and rotating impeller powered by a 75 HP drive. Mounted on a stainless steel frame base with 16" ground clearance for product discharge.

Urschel, model 3600, continuous operation processor designed for precise particle size reductions. Suitable applications such as chopping, flake cutting, granualting, pureeing and emulsifying with proper change parts. Cutting heads can process portions from 1/100" up to 2”. Unit is equipped with all stainless steel contact parts,16" long x 11" wide x 8" deep product hopper, 3” diameter feed screw, 6"diameter four blade impeller. Machine mounted on frame with locking casters. Change parts required to accommodate size range.

Stainless steel, compact, standard cut comitrol processor. All S/S contact part. Equipped with a 12" long by 9" wide by 11" deep product hopper, 3 blade impeller and cutting head where the product is centrifugally oriented then reduced into specified portions. Change parts required to accommodate size range.

Urschel Model M, stainless steel, belt fed, dicer,shredder, and strip cutter designed for meat products and capable of production rates from 500 to 4,500 lbs per hour – depending on materials and application. Accepts incoming product from 3/8" to 1" in thickness. Capable of strip cuts from 3/16" to 3" and cross cuts from 1/8" to 4". Equipped with 32" long x 9" wide in-feed belt and adjustable feed roller. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with 6" casters. Change parts required to accommodate configurations / size range.
