Urschel Model CCD, stainless steel, slicer, strip cutter, shredder and crinkle cutter used for a variety of different food products with production rates with volumes per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Flat Slices: 0.8mm to 12.7mm, Standard Crinkle: 3-1/3 to 5.7 waves per inch Depth of Crinkle: 2.0mm to 2.1mm, Thickness: .040mm to .285mm, V-Slices 4.7 to 8 waves per inch Depth of Crinkle: (4.7) 2.1mm, Thickness: 1.0mm to 2.5mm. Equipped with centrifical type slicer utilizes rotating impeller to force the product to the side walls and thru (8) individual inter-changeable cutting heads that enable the processor to change the type of cuts in minutes and has inexpensive to replace, specially designed throw away knives.
