Dual jacketed (jackets on both the inner and outer walls) design for cooling with direct expansion refrigerant, chilled water, or water / glycol mixture. Has 5/8" wide product annulus, 7" diameter x 40" high chamber, pump recirculated refrigeration system, Fischer actuator, insulated recirculation tubing, No. 4 sanitary finish on contact parts, automatic temperature controller, Moore valve service transducer, and variable speed rotor.
