Modern Filler Cup Rotary SR8DC
Back to All EquipmentModern Model SR8DC, automatic, 8 pocket, intermittent motion, stainless steel, rotary cup filler, roll stock film and heat sealer rated from 10 to 40 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. Fill range: 1/2oz to 14oz. Container size up to: 3" in diameter (with proper change parts). Equipped with 24" OD rotary turn table and has (8) 4.5 ID cup stations, screw cup despencer, 16"OD x 18" long product hopper, single head piston filler with 1-1/2" OD x 5" long single piston and 1-1/2" positive cut off nozzle, no container / no fill and roll stock film applicator, single head pneumatic heat sealing head and sweep arm eject to 36" long x 5" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B Micrologix controller, with touchpad, (touch pad needed) and liquid level controls with start, stop, reset, e-stop and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel base with height adjustable locking legs and swing door safety guarding.
