Urschel, Model Affinity, Stainless steel dicer, has the ability to process high-fat, coldtemperature, and otherwise normally difficult products, with the amount of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Slice thickness 1/8 – 3/4" (3.2 – 19.1 mm), crosscut 1/8 – 2" (3.2 – 50.8 mm) and circular knife spindles 1/8 – 3" (3.2 – 76.2 mm) for a full range of dices, crumbles / granulations. Equipped with a 10½" x 14" x 17" deep infeed hopper that accepts products up to 7" (178 mm), built-in feed assists in feeding and orientation of product with 25 HP drive and 12" x 13" discharge chute with 24" ground clearance. Control panel has push button start / stop and variable speed dial. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters.
