Carton size range: 1" to 8¼" length x ¾" to 3¼" width x 4¼" to 11¼" height with proper change parts. Equipped with 64" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic in place, fixed product buckets set on 10" centers, 80" long hand load area each side of machine, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system and major and minor flap closures with compression discharge. Control panel has push button controls and glue, vacuum, carton pick, run, jog, on / off switches. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety guarding.

Equipped with 94" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic in place, with 2-3/4" long x 3-3/4" wide x 3/4" deep fixed product buckets set on 5" centers, 14 pocket, rotary product funnel filling system, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue unit with pattern controller, major and minor flap closers. Control panel has Micrologix controller with on board control panel and vacuum pick, vacuum pump, main, auto, run, jog and glue switches with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 5" centers, blank carton magazine, reciprocating suction cup pick-n-place, 96" long hand load section each side of machine, major and minor flap closers and tuckers with discharge conveyor belt and Lincoln one shot lube system.
