A K Robins Model AK72, rotary, hot water blancher, with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. 304 stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with 48" OD x 180" Long perforated drum, with 1/8" OD screen holes and (5) flip up access doors each side with end top in feed end product hopper and other end discharge chute with 79" discharge height. Both ends have 12" OD ports and various 2" and 2-1/2" OD threaded ports, with top, bottom and side hot water insulated piping with temperature guage up to 300 Deg F. and 3 Hp end motor drive. Mounted on heavy duty (6) leg steel frame.
