PDC Model 90-2E, automatic, high speed, dual head / dual reel neck bander / sleeve applicator combined thru rates from 50 to 400 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configeration. Size range: 3/8" to 3" in diameter; 5/8" to 5" in height (with proper chage parts). 120mm maximum lay flat band width, minimum flat band width per application. Equipped with dual heads for continuous operation (one running while other loading) dual timing screws, dual powered film unwind, low film sensors, band pre-shrink, no container / no band sensor, static eliminator, Siko gauges, stepper band feed drives. Control panel with Allen Bradley PLC and Panel view operator interface. Additional features include dual speed capability (senses product infeed volume and adjusts machine speed accordingly) and Lexan guarding. Mounted on (4) leveling leg base frame.
