Commercial cutter and slicer equipment is designed to cut, slice, dice, chop, process, peel, and strip cut various different products such as cheeses, meat, vegetables, fruits, breads, pastes. Cutter and slicer equipment covers a number of different types of machines that can be used in the size reduction of a variety of food products. The proper cutter and slicer for the application is based on the product that is to be cut, sliced, or processed, the type of cut, slice, or process needed for the application, and the volume of product that needs to be processed in a given amount of time. Commercial utter and slicer equipment utilize a variety of rotating, spinning, cross-cuting, shredding, and other types of blades and knives to properly process the product.
FAM Model ILC, all stainless steel construction, slices, strip cuts and dices up to 2,205 pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" x 17" stainless steel product feed hopper, 11" OD product port to processing chamber, and has combination of 3 cutting tools for flexibility in choice of cut-sizes and shapes with little juice loss, no cellular damage for smooth cut surfaces, all contributing to extended shelf-life. Cut sizes, Flat slices: 1,60 mm to 28 mm. crinkle slices 3,20 mm to 25 mm. Strip cuttting: circular knife cuts: 2,50 mm to 76 mm, crosscut knife cuts: 4 mm to 64 mm. Dices: flat cut: 3 mm to 64 mm, crinkle cut: 7,10 mm to 16 mm and all knives are changeable for high-capacity production of various applications such as vegetables, fruits and potato processing with proper change parts. Control panel has start, stop and e-stop controls with readout. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety switch and casters.

Grote Model HB2 stainless steel, product bisector, cuts frozen or fresh bread products horizontally into halves. (Single lane on frozen, dual lane on fresh.) Product cutting zone is 4.94" in Width x .5 to 3.25" in Height and can cut in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6°C) depending on product and has an enclosure rating of IP65. Equipped with single 12" wide x 84" long product in feed, thru the AccuBand ® disposable band cutting blade and discharge conveyor, with top product pressure hold down belt and hand crank adjustable for a variety of different cut heights of bread products, with flip-up interlock safety guard covers. Control panel has machine on / off and able, conveyor speed and guarding release latch controls with e-stops. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.

Stephan Machinery, Model VCM-44 A/1, 40 quart vertical bowl chopper. Bowl dimensions: 20" Diameter x 12" Deep. Equipped with hand operated mixing baffle, 4½" long bottom twin chopper / mixing blades, 90° tilt and flip up bolt down cover with safety lock. Powered by a 7½ hp main drive with push button start / stop controls and touch pad display.

Urschel, Model Diversacut Q, QuantiCut, stainless steel, dicer, slicer, strip cutter with pounds of product per minute and hour – depending on materials and application. Maximum product input size is 10" (254 mm) in any dimension. The Model Q is a higher production model of the model GA. It will slice, strip cut, dice and crinkle cut with a combinations of different slice thickness, with the use of different circular knife spacing and interchangeable crosscut knife spindles. Slice of thickness: 1/8" to 1-1/8" (3.2 to 28.6mm), Circular Knives: 1/4" to 3" (6.4 to 6.2mm) Crosscut Knives: 1/8 to 2-5/8 in. (3.2mm to 66.7mm). Mounted on (4) legs with locking casters. Used for wide variety of products such as potatoes, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, pineapple, peppers, celery and many of other products.

Equipped with (8) 80" long x 5" OD rollers (7 abbrasive and 1 bristle scrub brush) powered by (4) 3 hp drives, 21" OD x 80" long stainless steel product screw feed system. 18" x 13" discharge chute with 46" ground clearence and powered by 2 Hp motor drive. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame.

Vanmark, heavy duty, stainless steel, roller style peeler and scrubber with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. 304 stainless steel construction. Equipped with (6) 70" long abbrasive rollers powered by 3 Hp motor drive. Mounted on (4) leg base frame with casters.

Urschel, Diversacut Sprint, stainless steel dicer uniformly dices, strip cuts, and slices a wide variety of products at high production capacities with speeds dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. Capable of handling product sizes up to 6½" in any dimension. Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 3" (3.2 to 76.2 mm), Crosscut knife cuts: 3/32 to 1-1/2" (2.4 to 38.1 mm), Crosscut knife crinkle cuts: 9/32 to 9/16" (7.1 to 14.3 mm). Equipped with a 17" deep 16" x 17" rectangular hopper, 14" diameter x 7" wide product chamber, circular knives, cross cut knives, 1½HP drive and a 20" x 10" discharge chute with 15" ground clearance. Change parts required per application.

Block sizes up to 24" in Length: 24" in width; 10" in Height, Temperatures down to 0 Deg F and can reduce product down to 1/4" thick in 18 to 30 seconds and 1/32" thick in 2 minutes plus (depending on product). Equipped with 32" wide x 36" long product feed table with 26" wide x 7" high hydraulic product ram to 27" long x 22" high product thru opening and 12" OD x 30" long rotary drum cutting assembly with (8) 4-1/2 long blades with flip up, lock down safety cover and 32" long x 16" wide discharge chute with 27" floor clearence. Johnson Industries Model CJ-9600, stainless steel, commercial cheese shredder used for high-volume cheese shredding operations and allows you to process up to 40 lb (20kg) blocks of cheese for size reduction prior to grating and is rated up to 10,000 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with dual 24" long x 8-1/2" wide x 8-1/2" deep dual product chambers slide open safety covers and (2) pneumatic _" diameter x __" long product pushers, 33" OD four blade cross cut shredding disc with safety cover.
