Commercial cutter and slicer equipment is designed to cut, slice, dice, chop, process, peel, and strip cut various different products such as cheeses, meat, vegetables, fruits, breads, pastes. Cutter and slicer equipment covers a number of different types of machines that can be used in the size reduction of a variety of food products. The proper cutter and slicer for the application is based on the product that is to be cut, sliced, or processed, the type of cut, slice, or process needed for the application, and the volume of product that needs to be processed in a given amount of time. Commercial utter and slicer equipment utilize a variety of rotating, spinning, cross-cuting, shredding, and other types of blades and knives to properly process the product.
Urschel, Model CC, slices, strip cuts, shreds and crinkle cuts a variety of food products at high speed production rates with volumes per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Flat Slices: 0.8mm to 12.7mm, Standard Crinkle: 3-1/3 to 5.7 waves per inch Depth of Crinkle: 2.0mm to 2.1mm, Thickness: .040mm to .285mm, V-Slices 4.7 to 8 waves per inch Depth of Crinkle: (4.7) 2.1mm, Thickness: 1.0mm to 2.5mm. Depth of Crinkle (8)1.3mm, Thickness: 1.0mm to 2.5mm. Also does Oval, Cresent Shreds and strip cuts. Centrifical type slicer utilizes rotating impeller that forces the product to the side walls and thru (8) individual interchangeable cutting heads that enable the processor to change the type of cut in minutes, with specially designed throw away knives inexpensive to replace. Accept products up to 3¾" in any dimension. Equipped with stainless steel feed hopper, discharge chute, start / stop buttons controls and is mounted on stainless steel base frame. Change parts required to accomodate application range.

Equipped with 3½" OD / 3"ID Tri-clamp charge port with a 119" charge height, 9" OD / 6"ID milling chamber with (3) 3" dog leg style high speed rotating impeller and cutting head with vertical blades and 17" diameter product discharge with 93" ground clearance. Powered by a 40 Hp motor drive with push button start / stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Operations include communiting, granulating, milling, slicing, liquifying, dispersing, and pureeing.

Equipped with a model KP60 peeler with a 40" long V-belt infeed and (8) sets of pressure rollers / peeling plates. Peeler discharges into a model WOS-1A topper and segmentor equipped with a 14" wide x 84" long conveyor with flights set on 4" centers, topper / tailer alignment belts, positioning system and static mounted knives. Control panel with push button start / stop, on / off switch and pressure roller adjustment dial.

CMI Equipment, precision trimmer for topping and tailing. Rated from 20 to 65 count per minute with capacity of over 3,000lbs per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with a 48" long load area, product holders set on 10" centers, automatic adjusting blades, and top hold down wheel through cutting head powered by a 5 hp hydraulic pack. Cutter discharges into a 10" wide x 55" long cleated incline conveyor with 2" high cleats set on 8" centers powered by a ½ hp drive. Feeder discharges onto a 78" long x 36" wide stainless steel cleaning table with (2) operator stations each with a foot pedal operated air blase and 12" diameter waste port.

Stephan, Model VCM44E, 40 quart, vertical, bowl chopper / mixer with number of pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 19½" ID x 11" deep stainlees steel mixing bowl, 2½"OD / 2"ID tri-clamp style butterfly valve drain, (2) 7" long bottom chopper / mixing blades, 90° tilt, flip up / bolt down cover, top mounted vacuum pressure gauge and low pressure jacket. ½ Hp top side scrapper motor drive and two speed (1750 / 3500 rpm) ( 8 / 12 ) Hp bottom chopper blade motor drive. Includes a 1½ hp vacuum pump and control package with start / stop, slow / fast, push buttons with digital readout and e-stop.

G J Olney, precision trimmer for topping and tailing. Rated from 20 to 65 count per minute with capacity of over 3,000lbs per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Adjusts automatically so that only the ends of the product are trimmed with a minimum of overcut and waste. The product is placed in brass feed fingers, which firmly hold the product to assure a precision cut as it passes through the stainless steel cutting blades. Each blade adjusts automatically and independently of each other for best product recovery. Easy to operate and maintain.
