Bakon Food Equipment, stainless steel, chocolate enrober. Equipped with a 17½" wide x 42" long (8) band eagle belt product in feed conveyor, 16½" wide x 80" long (8) band belt thru enrober, (2) 50 liter water heated receiving bins with screw pump delivery, fountain style bottom enrober, enrobing chamber air heater and 22" wide single curtain chocolate flow pan for top enrobing. Control panel with push button start / stop for machine, conveyors and pumps. Digital temperature controls for machine, pouring head, air and recieving bins. Variable speed controls for conveyors and pumps.
