Arpac Model EL2111, automatic, intermittent motion, tray erector / packer / hot melt sealer rated from 5 to 25 trays per minute – depending on material and application. Tray size: Per application. Equipped with 128" long x 19" wide flexlink product in feed conveyor, with lane spacers and side guards, 48" long (2) chain automatic blank tray magazine, with single arm reciprocating pic n place, collation area with product stop, dead plate, product hold down with single over head product ram loader, 4 chain adjustable indexing conveyor set on 24" centers, with 3" wide x 5" high lugs, Nordson hot melt glue system with tray setup / squaring assembly and compression section. Control panel has A/B, controls with Arpac touch pad controller and panel view, interlocking safety guarding and statis light bar. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 33¾" centers with 5" high lugs, 36" long blank case magazine with (6) suction cup reciprocating vacuum pic n place, single push arm product loader, mechanical flap closers, Nordson hot melt glue system, case compression section Control panel has A/B PLC with A/B touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlocking plexy glass safety guarding and statis lights.

Arpac, model TS-2100, continuous motion wraparound tray former and packer. Rated from 5 to 35 trays per minute – depending on product and machine configuration. Tray size: 9" to 23" in length; 7" to 18" in width; 1½" to 4" wall height. Product size: 2" to 10" in height. Equipped with 20" wide x 204" long product infeed conveyor with adjustable lane guides, top pin grouper, 120" long overhead lugged product carrier set on 36" centers, 32" high adjustable blank tray magazine and Nordson hot melt system. Control panel with AB controller and touch screen HMI.

Delkor Model SP500i Spot-Pak, automatic, stainless steel, flat pad product loader with number of products and flat pads per minute – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Equipped with 36" long flat pad magazine with single head (6) suction cup recipercating pic place, with 84" long x 22" wide flat pad transfer conveyor. Nordson hot melt glue applicator which applies spots of glue to secure and stablize containers to flat blank to maintain package integrity during transfer. 96" long x 18" wide flexlink product conveyor, with (2) axis (6) suction cup single head product pick and place loading arm which picks from product conveyor to load the flat blank. Remote control panel and A/B onboard touch pad with panelview controller, has start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons with main and remote mode switch with statis light bar. Mounted on (4) leg adjustable height frame with interlock safety guarding.

Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 24" centers, with 4" wide x 3" high plastic lugs, 27" wide x 104" long flex link product in feed conveyor with (2) sets of 48" long dual product metering worm screws and (4) product lane dividers. (2) chain blank tray vacuum suction cup recipicating pic-n-place, (blank tray magazine per application). Bottom lugged chain blank tray conveyor set on 24" centers, with product collation and tray lift wrapround load section with Nordson hot melt glue unit and side tray closers. Control panel, has A/B PLC controller with A/B swing arm controls and panel view, main drive run / jog, vacuum and metering on / off switches, with start, stop, reset, e-stop push buttons and statis light bar. Arpac Model TS60 double upstacker 60" long roller in feed conveyor with 21" wide x 1-1/4" OD rollers set on 1-1/2" centers with 1/8" gaps. collation system has 70" long roller section with 22" wide x 1-3/4" OD rollers set on 2-1/2" centers with 1/2" gaps, 54" long x 16" wide upstack section to 72" long x 17-1/4" wide canvas transfer conveyor to Arpac Model 45TW-28 shrink bundler and tunnel with (1) 36" x 19" wide and (1) 36" wide x 72" long in feed conveyors thru bundler, top and bottom film rolls with maximum film roll width of 27" and 14" OD has 29" wide seal jaws x 13" high total clearence, to single zone shrink tunnel with 36" wide x 19-1/2" high total aperture x 72" long shrink chamber with 29" wide x 108" long product conveyor thru shrink tunnel with top discharge cooling fan. Control panels have A/B controllers with touch pad controls. and readout. All mounted on heavy duty base frames with safety guarding and statis light bars.
