Sealer bag equipment or bag sealing equipment is designed to seal various kinds of pre-made bags or pouches. Bags can be sealed using impulse heat, hot melt glue, hot air (to re-activate pre-applied glue), thread stitching, or many other bag sealing methods. Depending on the bag sealer machine, the bag may have the opening of the bag folded over prior to sealing. Bag sealers can be designated as semi-automatic or automatic. Semi-automatic bag sealers require the operator to present the bag to the bag sealer in the proper manner and to activate the bag sealing cycle. The operator is responsible for closing the bag, and tucking the bags flaps, if necessary. The operator is also responsible for discharging the bag from the machine. Automatic bag sealers have the bag fed into the bag sealer automatically with a conveyor or by some other method. The bag sealer then automatically closes the bag, automatically tucks the bag flaps if necessary, and automatically seals the bag.

Will run most heat sealable pillow and gusseted bags with maximum bag thickness of 10 mils and free bag top of 6" minimum. Equipped with 48" long dual compression belt sealing section and mounted above a 12" wide x 108" long belt conveyor. Control panel has push button start / stop. Digital touch pad controls for heat, roller tension and air pressure. Up / down switch and VFD speed control. Mounted on powered height adjustable base frame with casters.

Bag size range: 4" to 26" in Width up to 56" Length. Filled bag weight from 1 lbs to 110 lbs, will run most gusseted and flat bags. Equipped with front break away channel, bag guide with folding plow for single fold, electric heater to heat up and activate pre-applied glue, adjustable pressure 12" long dual compression belt section. Control panel has touch pad with heater on / off and motor run, auto, stop switches, bag jam detection, over temperature sensor shut down, with start, stop, e-stop push button controls. Mounted on hand crank height adjustable base frame with casters and 10′ long x 12" wide black PVC product belt conveyor.

Doboy, Model GS1000S, high speed, mount over conveyor, double fold, hot melt, bag sealer. Rated from 0 to 100 feet per minute, with number of bags – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Bag size range: 3lbs to 20lbs, Bag Width: 3½" to 15". Equipped with top bag carrier chain, rotary trimmer, (2) fold stations, outer glue seal station with Nordson hot melt glue applicator and 36" long compression section with hand crank height adjustable frame. Control panel has touch pad controls, glue gun and glue heat on / off switches and Lexan safety guarding. Mounted on (6) leg base frame with casters.

Doboy, Model S-CH-S, in line, heavy duty, band bag sealer. Rated from 0 to 100 feet per minute with number of bags – depending materials, application and operator dexterity. Can handle up to 8 mil gusseted and coated woven poly propylene bags. Equipped with (4) sets of ¼" heat sealing bars and (2) sets of water chilled cooling bars, 64" long x 1" wide teflon bands and belt thru carrier for heavier bag support with flip up safety covers. Control panel has Koyo PLC controller with touch pad operator interface and readout with e-stop and statis light bar. Mounted on hand crank, height adjustable stand to go over existing conveyor.

Fischbein PBC6000 hot air bag sealer rated from 0-85 linear feet per minute for 18-100lb pre-glued multi wall, flat or gussetted pinch-style paper bags. With on/off safety switches, bag jam detection, over tepmerature sensor shut down, bag top air scrubber. Mounted over a Hytrol TA, 130" long x 12" wide, rubber belt conveyor. Equipped with a Relience SP500 variable speed control and a 1/2 hp drive.

Semi-automatic, vacuum bag sealer, speeds dependent on type bag and operator dexterity. Equipped with 42" Long seal jaw (38" usable seal area) and dual snorkels. PLC controller has up to 12 pack settings, touch pad controls and built in flexibility that allows for single, or double bags to be processed each cycle. Features all stainless steel and hard anodized aluminum contruction, electric vacuum pump, gas flush and e-stop.

Heavy duty, hot air, bag sealer. Equipped with extended (56") heating section, 8" long folding bars for gusseted bags, and digital temperature controls. Automatically closes, and seals an inner bag liner, and completes the closure with a fold over pinch closure, and has a 18′ product conveyor.Speed dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.
