Kiss, Model VCT-04, inline, semi automatic, stainless steel, 2 station, 4 spindle cap tightner, retorquer with number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap size range: 10mm to 110mm. Equipped with 32" long x 1" wide double gripper container belts with 2 station (4 spindle) cap tightener, retorquer. Control panel with spindle and gripper belt on / off switches with speed controls dials and e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.

Resina, Model S, automatic, single head, chuck style capper rated from 5 to 40 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cap size range: 38mm to 89mm. Containers size range: up to 6" in Diameter; 2¾" to 13" in Height. Equipped with 4½" wide x 84" long stainless steel conveyor, cap hopper, cap sorter, cap chute, cap button, transfer shoe and double container grippers. Change parts required to accommodate size range.

Equipped with 70" long x 2-1/4" wide mesh belt container conveyor with no container / no cap sensor eye, turning disk cap hopper, 12 pocket rotary container handling wheel with 3 spinning roller sealing heads.
