Carton size range: 1" to 9½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width, 4½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with adjustable bucket product in feed conveyor with 117" long load area, 46" long automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place with pre-break and has (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 3½" high lugs, top carton squaring device, barrel cam product loader, Nordson Problue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers, Siko adjustment gauges, statis light bar and 28" long dual side belt discharge conveyor. Equipped with 72" long product in feed conveyor with dual worm screw indexing, 54" long powered blank carton magazine, (3) head rotary pick in place, 90" long powered over head lugged chain conveyor set on 9" centers and dual 54" long side chain container closing conveyors and is hand crank adjustable, with Nordson hot melt glue unit, central lube system and vacuum pump.
