Equipped with 6′ magazine, dual head rotary carton feed, vibratory bottom rail , hot melt, and ELECTRO CAM pattern control. Clybourn Model CHL18S, Automatic vertical load cartoner with rotary carton feed and spout oval transfer capable of speeds from 80 to 200 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with 10" centers and has a carton size range: 1" to 8" in Length x 3/4" to 3-1/4" in Width x 3-1/2 to 11" in Depth. Has a 6′ load area on each side, with (4) head rotary carton feeder and 6′ long carton magazine with Nordson hot melt glue system and has tilt tray pouch feeder for automatic feeding of pouches into (14) pocket spout oval pouch loading system with clamshell buckets incorporates a no pouch no carton feature and additional (18) pocket spout oval system for feeding noodles/rice like products into carton. (System does not include product filler.) Price is in good working condition set to one size subject to samples. Bivans 60, Semi-automatic, intermittent motion, horizontal cartoner. Speeds 10 to 40 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Carton size range: 2" to 12" in Length; 1" to 5" in Width; 5" to 15" in Depth. Equipped with carton blnak magazine, vacuum pick & place, 4-chain drive set on 15" centers, 48" product load area and tucking mechanism.

Jones IMV5, Semi automatic, intermittent motion vertical cartoner rated from 10 to 45 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length x 3/4" to 2 3/4" in Width x 2 1/8" to 7" in Depth. Machine is currently set for reverse tuck cartons and set on 5” centers. Equipped with: bottle loader, automatic pick and place carton feeder, polycarbonate lugs, 8′ long product load area (4′ on each side). Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters for mobility.
Optional prefolded leaflet feeder and coder are available for additional cost.

Automatic intermittent motion, 2 station axis servo driven horizontal cartoner capable of speeds from 30 to 65 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Rotary four head carton placer has an extended 12′ carton feeding conveyor. Currently set with 7 1/2" centers for a carton size range: (length) 2 1/2" – 6" (width) 3/4" – 4" (depth) 4" – 12". Has AB SLC 5/04 plc controls with MMI digital display boom mounted and swings 360 deg. around machine with wonderware node and computer for same. Smart belt infeed to position random articles in position fo transfer ro the bucket infeed conveyor. Currently set up with Nordson 3100 glue system with exhaust hoods and duct work/hoses for fume/smoke exacuation. Has an 8′ L adjustable bucket infeed system (current buckets are 5 1/4") with complete inspection system that has no product no carton and open flap reject with reject station to remove any reject units onto a discharge conveyor. Automatic continuous motion horizontal cartoner rated from 50 to 400 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 20 to 75mm in Length; 16 to 70mm in Width; 65 to 200mm in Depth. Equipped with 6′ adjustable bucket infeed, 4" centers, Nordson hot melt with stitch controller and internal vacuum pump.

Jones Model IMV, Semi automatic, intermittent motion, vertical tuck cartoner rated from 10 to 45 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexteritry. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length; ¾" to 2¾" in Width; 2½" to 7" in Depth. Equipped with (2) chain system set on 5" centers, with 22" long blank carton magazine, recipicating suction cup pic-n-place, 36" long load area each side, major flap tuckers and minor flap closers and self contained vacuum system. Control panel has start and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters.

Langen, Model B1, Semi automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 40 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1¾" to 12" in Length; ½" to 6" in Width; 3¾" to 14" in Depth. (4) chains adjustable set on 9" centers with 2" long x 3" high lugs, 96" long powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum pic n place, 72" long product hand load area, top squaring system, major flap plows, minor flap closers, Nordsen hot melt glue unit and vacuum system. Control panel has start / stop, jog / run, glue on / off and vacuum pump on / off. controls. Mounted on multi-leg frame with cage style safety guarding, casters and height adjustable leveling legs.

Adco Model 15HCS-50-SS, Semi-automatic, stainless steel, hot melt glue carton sealer with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range; 2" to 12" in Length; ¾" to 4½" in Width; 3½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with lugged infeed set on 15" centers, 2" wide x 5" high lugs, 32" long operator load area, Nordson hot melt glue system and compression rails. A/B control package with A/B 5000 Plus controller, e-stop and variable-speed control dial. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock barrier guarding, casters and leveling legs.

Equipped with 64" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic in place, fixed product buckets set on 5" centers, 60" long hand load area each side of machine with major and minor flap closures. Control panel has push button start and e-stop controls with carton pick, run, jog, on / off switches. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar.

Adco, Model 15DBC105-SS, Automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, stainless steel, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1" to 9½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width, 4½" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with adjustable bucket product in feed conveyor with 117" long load area, 46" long automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place with pre-break and has (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 3½" high lugs, top carton squaring device, barrel cam product loader, Nordson Problue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers, Siko adjustment gauges, statis light bar and 28" long dual side belt discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B Panelview touch screen HMI and e-stops. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding and leveling legs.

Adco, Model 15D105SS, Semi automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 9.5" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" high lugs, 48" long carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 119" long x 12" wide product in feed conveyor with 72" long operator hand load area, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, flap closers and 24" long side compression discharge belts, Seco gauges with interlock flip-up safety guarding. Control panel has A/B relay logic controller with A/B VFD controls, start, stop, e-stop push buttons, on / off switches for hot melt glue and oiless vacuum system with foot pedal activated carton feed controls.
