Tape case erectors are designed to erect cases from pre-scored flat corrugated blanks and close and seal the bottom of the case with a strip of tape. Tape case erectors can either erect the cases with the case opening facing up vertically or with the case opening facing out horizontally. Tape case erectors are designed to use either two inch wide or three inch wide tape depending on the type of taping head that is mounted on the tape case erector.
Combi America Model 2EZHS, automatic, case erector, bottom taper rated from 5 to 20 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length x 6" to 16" in Width x 5" to 18" in Height. Heavy duty welded steel construction. Equipped with easy load, 80" long automatic blank case magazine, (5) suction cup pic-n-place case erector, minor and major flap closers, 44" long x 3-1/4" wide dual side belt case indexing, 3" bottom tape head, hand crank no-tool adjustable, vacuum system and interlock safety guarding. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B panel view and safety reset, start, stop and e-stop controls with ethernet interface port and statis light bar. Mounted on height adjustable frame with leveling legs.

ABC, Model 330T, automatic case erector and bottom tape sealer with number of cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range; 7" to 22" in Length; 5¾" to 16" in Width; 7" to 22" in Height. KD dimmensions: 12" to 38" in Length; 8" to 29¼" in Width both (RSC) and (HSC) cases. Equipped with 64" long (2) belt easy load automatic blank case magazine, suction cup case pick and place with suction cup case erector, major and minor flap closers, walking beam case transfer, 48" long x 2½" wide dual upper and lower case belt drive transports thru 2" tape head. Control panel has A/B Micrologix controller with A/B panelview touch pad controls, statis light bar, light curtain and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with flip-up safety guarding.

Combi America, Model CE-10, automatic case erector and bottom taper. Rated from 2 to 8 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: 8" to 17½" in Length; 6" to 13½" in Width; 5" to 17½" in Height. Equipped with automatic 38" long (4) chain blank case magazine, recipricating vacuum suction cup pic-n-place, top squaring system, front and back flap closers and 2" bottom tape head. Control panel with an AB PLC. Push button start, stop, and e-stop, interlock cage style safety guarding and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters.

Equipped with 56" long x 18" wide (4) chain automatic blank case magazine, suction cup pic n place and case erecting squaring system, 75" long dual lugged chain conveyor, single top lugged chain with top hold down, top flap lifters and rear flap closers and plow and 3M Accuglide 2" tape sealer.
