A Conveyor Side Belt Transfer is a machine that uses belts, which grips the side of a container to convey the container. Conveyor side belt transfers are often used when coding the bottom of a container.
Control Print Model 400Tran, Inline side belt transport system rated from 50 to 250 containers per minute – depending on materials and application Container size range: 1" to 7" in Length; 1" to 7" in Width; 1" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 36" in diameter disc unscrambler with 20" long x 22-3/4" wide product unload platform, 36" long container side transport conveyor with dual 36" long x 1" wide side conveyor belts, to a 36" long x 2-1/2" wide conveyor section with spacing wheels. Control panel has turntable, transport, conveyor and space wheel on / off buttons with speed control dials and e-stopand mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and screw legs

Dual lane, servo driven feeder, speeds – depending on materials and application. Equipped with dual 32" long x 1-1/4" wide top and bottom eagle belt product in feed conveyors to 72" long x 32" wide canvas belt product conveyor with 48" long x 1-/4"wide sliding smartrak steady stream product feed system to dual lane product laner. Control panel with servo controller, with start / stop, lane, pack pattern controls counter and safety guarding.
