Commercial cutter and slicer equipment is designed to cut, slice, dice, chop, process, peel, and strip cut various different products such as cheeses, meat, vegetables, fruits, breads, pastes. Cutter and slicer equipment covers a number of different types of machines that can be used in the size reduction of a variety of food products. The proper cutter and slicer for the application is based on the product that is to be cut, sliced, or processed, the type of cut, slice, or process needed for the application, and the volume of product that needs to be processed in a given amount of time. Commercial utter and slicer equipment utilize a variety of rotating, spinning, cross-cuting, shredding, and other types of blades and knives to properly process the product.
Magnuson, model WSP2000 3750001.0107, heavy duty, 304 stainless steel, roller style peeler and scrubber with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 12" x 12" charge, (4) 72" long abbrasive rollers powered by a 7½ hp hydraulic pack and a 44" to 48" discharge height. Mounted on (4) leg base frame with casters.

Urschel, Model Sprint 2, Stainless steel dicer, that uniformly dices, strip cuts and slices a wide variety of products at high production capacities with product per minute and hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Capable of handling product sizes up to 6½" in any dimension. Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 3" (3.2 to 76.2 mm), Crosscut knife cuts: 3/32 to 1" (2.4 to 25.4 mm), Crosscut knife crinkle cuts: 9/32 to 9/16" (7.1 to 14.3 mm). Equipped with 30" deep x 17½" x 16½" rectangular hopper, 14" diameter x 10" wide product chamber, circular and cross cut knives, 3HP drive and has 10" wide x 24" long discharge conveyor with 31" ground clearance.Change parts required per application.

Sormac, Model WOS-1A/27/183, Peeler, topper and segmentor. Rated from 75 to 85 pieces per minute – depending on materials, application, machines configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with Model UP-8000 peeler has 40" long V-belt in feed and (9) sets of pressure rollers and peeling plates. Peeler discharges into Model WOS-1A topper / segmentor and has 16" wide x 88" long conveyor with flights set on 4" centers and topper / tailer alignment belts, positioning system and static mounted knives. Swing arm controller has push button start / stop, on / off switches and pressure roller adjustment dial. Mounted on stainless steel frames with casters.

Urschel, Model 2100, Stainless steel Comitrol, with feeder and processor unit. Equipped with 30" long x 22" wide x 28" deep product hopper and 8" straight wall. 27" long x 14" diameter beater bar with (10) 5" long x 3" wide paddles powered by a 2 Hp drive, 6" diameter auger feeder with 6" centers powered by a 3 Hp drive, stationary cutting head and rotating impeller powered by 40 Hp drive. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with 35" ground clearance for product discharge.

Urschel, Model M6, Stainless steel, belt fed, dicer, shredder and strip cutter designed for meat products and is capable of production rates from 500 to 4,500 lbs. per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Capable of strip cuts from 3/16" to 3" and cross cuts from 1/8" to 4". Equipped with 35" x 9" load area with feed belt and adjustable feed roll allowing for positive product feed of all thicknesses from 3/8" to 1". Mounted on base frame with casters. Change parts required to accommodate size range change.

Urschel, Model RA-D, Stainless steel, dicer and strip-cutter with production rates depending on materials and application. Capable of handling product up to 3½" in any dimension. Slice thickness range from 1/16" to 3/8", circular knives range from 1/8" to 1" and crosscut knives range from 1/8" to 1½" spacing (with proper change parts). Equipped with top-mounted stainless steel product feed hopper. Control panel has start, stop and safety controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters. Change parts required to accommodate different size ranges with excellent results on a variety of cheese and meat products.

Urschel, Model SPRINT, Stainless steel cutter, uniformly dices, strip cuts and slices a wide variety of products at high production rated with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Accepts products up to 6½" in any dimension. Equipped with 16" long x 12" wide x 20" deep product feed hopper, (4) paddle impeller, slicing and slitting knife stations with cross cut station. 20" long x 9" wide product discharge with 32" floor clearence. Control panel has start, stop e-stop controls. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters.

Shreds: A shredding spindle can be installed in place of the crosscut knife spindle. Shreds will vary depending on number of spacers and shred discsused.

Genmac Model 2501Hydrauflaker, Stainless steel, frozen block breaker. Block sizes up to 24" in Length: 24" in Width; 10" in Height. Equipped with 30" wide x 69" long product feed table, 22" wide x 6-1/2" high hydraulic ram and eight blade rotary drum assembly. Additionally features safety cover with interlock. Discharge chute with 28" floor clearance. Rated dependent on materials, application machine configuration and operator dexterity.

Grote Model HB2, stainless steel, product bisector, cuts bread products horizontally into halves up to 60 pieces per minute – depending on materials and application. Product cutting zone is 4.94" in Width x .5 to 3.25" in Height and capable of cutting in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6°C) depending on product and has an enclosure rating of IP65. Equipped with single 12" wide x 84" long product in feed, thru the AccuBand ® disposable band cutting blade and discharge conveyor, with top product pressure hold down belt and hand crank adjustable for a variety of different cut heights of bread products, with flip-up interlock safety guard covers. Control panel has machine on / off and able, conveyor speed and guarding release latch controls with e-stops. Mounted on stainelss steel frame with casters and leving legs.

JWC, Model 4-SHRED-1-H-2100, shredder. Equipped with 36" long x 36" wide x 24" Deep product feed hopper 48" long strong shafts and severe-duty seals that allows for high-impact solids loading 25 Hp motor drive shredding items down to size and have been proven in many applications including shredding for recycling, preconditioning of organics for waste-to-energy operations and the destruction of off-specification and contraband products. Mounted on multi-leg frame.

Urschel Model G, Stainless steel, compact dicer rated up to 22,000 lbs per hour – depending on materials and application. Accepts up to 5-1/2" OD product and utilizes slice, crosscut, and circular knifes. Cut thickness: slicing blade 1/8" to 5/8" crosscut knives 9/32" to 3", and circular knives 1/8" to 3", with 15½" Long x 19" Wide x 10½" Deep product hopper, with 2 Hp. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Change parts required to accommodate different size ranges.
