AMI / Zippak, Model D-25000-25, Top zipper applicator. Rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute – with number of pouch per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Used to apply a zipper closure to most vertical form, fill and seal machines. Equipped with 18" diameter zipper spool on a 1½" core and 27" wide film roll holder, Branson 900 BCA Advanced Unltrasonic end seal with 11" Seal bar and has control panel with touch pad interface controls. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with leveling legs.
