Feeders are machines designed to feed various different kinds of objects including products, components, containers, bottles, coupons, leaflets, desiccant pouches, etc.
Coupon inserters and feeder equipment are designed to feed various kinds of coupons. Bowl feeder machines are designed to orient and feed various kinds of objects, including caps, components, product, fitments, inserts, etc, through the vibration of the bowl and the specific channels and plows within the bowl.
Vacuum feeder machines are designed to move granulated or powder products from one location to another through the use of a vacuum. Weigh auger feeders are designed to feed dry bulk product such as powder and slurries through the use of an auger or screw. Vibratory feeders (vibration feeders) are designed to feed various kinds of product including components, granulations, etc. through the use a vibratory pan.
Outserters are equipment designed to place a coupon or leaflet to the outside of a container, usually using glue to adhere the coupon to the outside of the container. Desiccant feeders are designed to feed desiccant pouches into containers. Incline cleated feeders are designed to feed solid object such as caps, containers, bottles, etc. to a specific height and discharge them using an inclined belt with cleats. Feeders are often integrated into pieces of packaging and processing equipment to reduce the labor necessary to handle components of the process or package.
Low capacity ingredient feeder capable of 80 to 900 gph of ice cream throughput. Has 3/4 cu.ft. stainless steel ingredient hopper with gentle mixing action, 3" dia x 12"H downstream product blender, 2 1/2" threaded O.D. inlet, 2 1/2" threaded I.D. outlet, spinning disc in hopper to meter ingredients into product stream, and rotary disc to mix product in product stream. Mounted on casters. Incorporates exact amounts of wet or dry ingredients into the finished ice cream.

2-head rotary hot melt outserter capable of up to 100 cycles per minute. Product size: (1 1/2" – 6") x (1 1/2" – 8"). Features 3 1/2"L pick & place arms, 27"L worm screw in feed, 36"L product magazine, (40" – 52") high product placement, sensor for presence, Equipped with Nordson hot melt glue system, Nordson time interval control, hand crank for height adjustment, barrier guarding with electrical interlocks, and sensor for container presence. Ohlson, 15" wide x 48" long, vibratory feeder. Equipped with dimpled stainless steel bed, 12" high side walls, pneumatic vibrator and 19" to 24" discharge height. Mounted on stainless steel legs and leveling pads.

Stainless steel inclined cleated feed conveyor with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 10" Wide x 107" Long, Neoprene belt, 42" bottom horizontal run, 65" Long incline, 25" high infeed with 3" high cleats set on 6¼" centers and a 64" discharge height with top mounted ½ Hp motor drive. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame with casters.

Pneumatic Scale 36" OD stainless steel bowl feeder rated up to 300 containers per minute. Capable of running cap sizes from 15mm to 89mm OD. Equipped with 10" discharge opening using an automatic feed rate metering system for accurate cap supply. Mounted on mild steel base.

Incline conveyor with 40" discharge height and 23" wide x 146" long cleated belts featruring 3" high cleats and 1 hp drive motor. features a stainless steel product hopper with dimensions of 70" in Length x 30" in Width x 28" in Depth (at deepest point) approx 15 cu ft. Thiele twin Series 32 high-speed rotary placer can handle literature sizes ranging from 1" x 1" to 6" x 6" at speeds up to 600 placements per minute (each). Tray or plate size ranges from 2" x 2" x 1/4" deep up to 5" x 6" x 1" deep at speeds up to 200 cycles per minute. 4 head rotary placer, line shaft driven, equipped with (16) suctions (8 on each unit) to provide accurate and precise placement, 1/2 Hp vacuum pump and emergency stop button. Units mounted on twin steel height adjustable stands for easy changeover as well as adjustable height screw legs.

Automatic intermittent motion pick and place coupon feeder, capable of up to 70 cycles per minute for horizontal placements and 100 cycles per minute for vertical placements. Label size range in inches per magazine: Min-1" x 1", Max- 6" x 6". Equipped with Nordson 3100 dual hot melt glue system. Unit designed to automatically pick product from magazine and place horizontally on a conveyor. Will accept a variety of materials from single sheet paper stock to trays and packets.
