Feeders are machines designed to feed various different kinds of objects including products, components, containers, bottles, coupons, leaflets, desiccant pouches, etc.
Coupon inserters and feeder equipment are designed to feed various kinds of coupons. Bowl feeder machines are designed to orient and feed various kinds of objects, including caps, components, product, fitments, inserts, etc, through the vibration of the bowl and the specific channels and plows within the bowl.
Vacuum feeder machines are designed to move granulated or powder products from one location to another through the use of a vacuum. Weigh auger feeders are designed to feed dry bulk product such as powder and slurries through the use of an auger or screw. Vibratory feeders (vibration feeders) are designed to feed various kinds of product including components, granulations, etc. through the use a vibratory pan.
Outserters are equipment designed to place a coupon or leaflet to the outside of a container, usually using glue to adhere the coupon to the outside of the container. Desiccant feeders are designed to feed desiccant pouches into containers. Incline cleated feeders are designed to feed solid object such as caps, containers, bottles, etc. to a specific height and discharge them using an inclined belt with cleats. Feeders are often integrated into pieces of packaging and processing equipment to reduce the labor necessary to handle components of the process or package.

Sidel / Aidlin, Automatic, stainless steel, cap feeder and orientor rated up to 1800 caps per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap size range: 20mm to 120mm. Equipped with 40" long x 36" wide x 44" deep product hopper, 120" long x 24" wide incline flexlink cleated conveyor with 1/2" high cleats set on 3" centers and discharge chute with 118" discharge height has control panel with variable speed control dial and start, stop, e-stop push buttons controls. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.

Tetra Pak Hoyer, Model FF2000 C2, Automatic, stainless steel, ingrident feeder with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 17" x 18" x 14" deep, 9 gallon, stainless steel ingredient hopper with agitator, safety grid and see thru flip up molded plastic cover with automatic shut-off. Control panel with on/off switches and variable speed dials for mixer, auger and pump. Mounted on stainless steel frame with caster. Designed to accurately and evenly meter ingredients into a viscous liquid product stream such as fruits and nuts (the ingredient), ice cream (the product) from a continous ice cream freezer and drop from the hopper into rotor enrobing chambers, deposits ingreidents to the product stream, blended and sent to filler.

Stainless steel construction, designed to feed, form and dispense a variety of cards, trays and labels in U, J and L configurations, then be placed on a variety of conveyor streams for product placement and wrapping. Product size: 2.5" to 14" in Length; 2" to 12" in Width per application and .003" to 1" in Thickness. Equipped with 24" high stainless steel one-knob side guide positioning and adjustable former, vacuum assit, miss-detect and product separtator. Streamfeeder control panel has A/B PLC controller with HMI touch screen interface and e-stops. Mounted on height adjustable stand.

Streamfeeder, Model IT-1250 EX, Automatic, servo driven card and coupon feeder with belt speeds up to 7000" per minute and number of product – depending materials, application and machine configuration. Operates on one-shot and batch feeding from 1 to 99 batch size with tool-less adjustment. Product size range: 2.5" to 14" in Length; 2" to 12" in Width; 0.003" to 1" in Thickness. Equipped with 24" high coupon magazine, vacuum gum rubber transport feed belts with trigger sensor eye.
