Mixer Paste Horizontal are heavy duty batch mixers with a variety of mixer blades from Z Sigma type to double or single bars used in the preparation of paste type of stiff products mixers are equipped with jackets for temperature controls for cooking or cooling. Product is measured and dumped into the top of the horizontal paste mixer with closable lids. Horizontal paste mixer systems are designed to rotate the mixer body to facilitate product removal and dumping. Another version of the horizontal paste mixer is a continuous mixer where products are metered continuously into the mixer and the products for stiff and difficult to handle paste type of products are formed and conveyed along.
Amfec, Model 510, 14 ft³ (10 ft³ working capacity), 304 stainless steel dual trough paddle mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Dual mixing troughs with inner dimensions of: 41" in Length; 31" in Width; 25" in Depth. Equipped with lift up safety grate and dual flip top covers. 11½" wide x 5" high x ¼" thick stainless steel paddles on 2" OD shaft, (2) 2 Hp motor drives and dual discharge gates with safety guarding and 31" ground clearance. Control panel has push button start / stop, digital timer and switches for mix / reverse, timer on / off, door open / close, and run / jog. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with leveling legs.

Equipped with open top and has 3" OD dual mixing shafts with 1½" wide x ½" thick stainless steel ribbons powered by (2) 5 Hp motor drives and has (2) 8½" wide x 3½" high end discharge ports has dual pneumatic flip up covers with 38" ground clearence. Cornell, Model D16, Variable speed "Versator" rated from 1 to 20 gallons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. 316 stainless steel contact parts (No. 4 Polish). Equipped with 16" ID disc, rotation rated from 1200 to 3220 rpm, with 2" OD / 1½" ID Tri-Clamp side chamber in feed and discharge product ports, 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp top vacuum port, pressure gauge and 2" OD / 1½" ID Tri-Clamp bottom drain. Clamp down cover with 4" ID sight ports and 7½ Hp motor drive with variable speed gear reducer and pressure guage. Mounted on a heavy duty base.

Swing open bolt down door has (2) 7¼" OD / 3½" ID front flanged sight ports, 15 Hp (4) belt to motor main drive with safety guarding and Stokes Model 148H-9 2 hp vacuum system with (2) 1¾" NPT fittings.
