Tank SS JKT is a general category of stainless tanks that have a jacket and are constructed of various grades of stainless steel. SS Jacketed tanks can have a variety of tops and bottoms from flat to cone and dished with jacketing covering all or only portions of the tank. Usually SS jacketed tanks are also insulated for efficient heat transfer. SS jacketed tanks may also be equipped with a variety of agitations from simple propeller type to full scraped sides with double or triple motion agitators.
