Tank SS Single Wall is a classification of tanks fabricated from stainless steel but lack no insulation or jackets for heat transfer. SS single wall tanks may have agitators and these can be from simple propellers to fully scraped or bottom swept agitators.
Waukesha, Supply tank and pump system consisting of a 500 gallon S/S tank and (3) Waukesha pumps (2) model 30 pumps and (1) model 15 pump). Tank is 43" ID x 46" straight wall, ½ HP Lightnin mixer (54"L x 1" dia) shaft and 3" dia. impeller. 2½" ID triclover center bottom discharge with 14" floor clearance. mounted on a (48"L x 48"W x 50"H) platform on casters for mobility. Model 30 pumps are 316 S/S positive displacement pumps capable of up to 30 GPM. Equipped with 3/4 HP Baldor motor, 2" OD triclover inlet/outlets, and twin wing rotors, and O-Ring seals. Model 015 pump is 316 S/S positive displacement pump capable of up to 15 GPM. Equipped with ½ HP Baldor motor, 1" OD triclover inlet/outets, twin wing rotors, and O-Ring seals. Pumps mounted on a S/S frame. System ideally suited as supply tank to a time/pressure filler.

Ambesco Stainless Steel, 2000 Gallon, 304 stainless steel, single wall mixing tank. Vessel Dimensions: 78" diameter x 110" straight wall. Equipped with bridge mounted prop agitation powered by a 5 hp drive, flip up covers, (4) 6" wide fixed baffles and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp style bottom discharge with 10" ground clearance.

Dairy Craft, 1500 gallon, 304 S/S, single wall insulated tank. 72" dia x 99" straight wall, dome top with 0.6 hp prop agitation and (1) 2" (1) 4" dia top ports. Single wall with full side insulation, and side bottom 19" L x 16" W ID man way with flip out bolt down cover, and temp gauge from 0 -240 deg f. Slant bottom with a 2 1/2" OD end bottom discharge with butterfly valve and 12" floor clearance, and a 3 1/2" OD side bottom access port, and is mounted on 4 S/S legs.

Feldmeier, 75 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel single wall tank. Vessel dimensions: 30" diameter x 28" deep with 24" straight wall. Equipped with dome top, 16" man way with flip up / clamp down cover, CIP spray ball supplied by a 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-Clamp fitting, (1) level sensor port, (1) temp probe port and (1) flush mount sensor port. Slant bottom has 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp style bottom discharge with 11" ground clearance. (Level Sensor, temperature probe and flush mount sensor not included)

Equipped with a lift up lid, 7" diameter side bottom prop style mixer powered by a ¾ hp drive and slant bottom with a 2" OD / 1½"ID seated beval style bottom discharge and 15" floor clearance. Mounted on (3) hip and socket legs.

Perma San, 500 gallon, 304 stainless steel, single wall tank. Vessel Dimensions: 48" diameter x 67" straight wall. Equipped with a dome top, 18" diameter man way with a clamp down lid, (1) thermowell, dish bottom with a 2" OD / 1½"ID Tri-clamp style bottom discharge with butterfly valve and 8" floor clearance. Mounted on (4) tube legs with casters.
