Batch candy twist former rated up to a max of 75 Kg, or 165 lb batches. Has (4) S/S conical, ribbed and steam heated product rollers measuring 84" long, (2) 6" dia and (2) 9" dia at base and, all 1 1/2" dia at tip. Rollers have consumption of 40 lbs @ hour steam with 150 psi and 1/2" dia connections, has flip up chamber cover, and a discharge rope outlet of 1 3/8". Used to form a rope from sugar batch, The 4 cone rollers are arranged in such a way that the sugar batch, with or without center, striped or plain, pulled or ordinary, is formed into an even cone in which the unpulled product is continuously reduced in size until it reaches the desired thickness at the discharge end.
