Consoilidated / Capem / Pneumatic Scale, Stainless steel, Model C-F-4, Automatic, 4-head rotary chuck capper, with cap hopper, sorter and feeder. Rated from 40 to 120 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Maximum cap size: 70mm. Equipped with integrated cap feeder and hopper, disc unscrambler, cap chute and button, 112" long x 3½" wide container conveyor with star wheel in feed and discharge, no container / no cap and (4) chuck capping heads. Mounted on heavy duty frame.

New England, (3) head, stainless steel, rotary chuck capper with number of caps and containers per minute – depending on materials, application, cap and container size. 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction. Cap size up to 120mm and capable of handling CT, CR,TE, flip-top, sports and other style caps and various type of containers with proper change parts. Equipped with waterfall style cap feeder, 24" rotary turret with (3) servo driven pneumatic chuck capper heads set on 18" centers with pull pins for quick release of change over size and is adaptable to a wide variety of caps and containers. Electronic torque control for consistent applied torque of +/- 1.5 inch per pound and adjustable discharge height of 36" +/- 2". Control panel has auto / manual switch with start, stop, reset, jog and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety door guarding and leveling legs.

Ford, Model 220, twin head free standing capping presses. Capable of producing foil caps at speeds up to 500 minute. Optional extras include UV cap disinfection, synchroprint for register-printed foil, two types of embossing unit for an all-over pattern on the foil or for a logo embossed on each cap, autosplice for automatic foil reel changeovers and the unique Foldback pull-tab system for ultimate consumer convenience
E Pak, 7½" wide x 118" long Delrin belt conveyor with powered 13" wide x 40" long overhead belt compression overlid applicator. Both belts with seperate VFD controls.

Equipped with incline cleated waterfall style cap feeder has 65" long x 6" wide conveyor with ¾" high cleats set on 2" centers, Also has 72" long x 4" wide Delrin container in feed conveyor, with 32" long worm screw to star wheel infeed and discharge, (4) torque open air chucks set on 10" centers and capable of doing a variety of caps (with proper change parts) has top mounted lift jack for easy adjustment and access. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B panelview and A/B powerflex vari-speed controllers, with capper start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons, door lock, bottle stop, belt tention, cap gate, cap chuck and supply air gauges. PDC, Model 75-ERL, Automatic, electronic registration, extra length sleeve labeler, tamper evident neck bander. Rated from 50 to 225 containers per minute – depending upon materials and application. Stainless steel construction. Band size range: 3/8" to 3" in Diameter x ¾" to 7" in Height. Equipped with dual 24" Long product worm screw infeed, 22" diameter film reel, splicing table, knife cut off, "low material / no product" sensors and printed film registration with hand wheel jog. Control panel has PLC controller with HMI and jog / run switch and power on / drive stop with e-stop push buttons. Mounted on (4) leg frame with interlocking safety guarding.

PDC, Model 75 ERLT, Automatic sleever labeler rated from 50 to 250 sleeves per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Size range: 3/8" to 3" in diameter and 3/4" to 7" in height, film registration and extra length capable. Equipped with 112" long x 3-1/4" wide container conveyor and has 36" long double container index worm screws, knife cut off, tamp on applicator 24" OD label reel and 24" OD label rewind reel. Swing arm control panel has feed, film, static eliminator, start, stop, jog and e-stop controls with variable speed dial and statis light bar. Mounted on base frame with interlocking safety guarding and leveling legs.

Genesis / West Model SF600F, Automatic, stainless steel, seal force, aluminum sealing rail cap sealer with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application number of pockets and heads. Cap size range: 11mm to 32mm and can handle all standard serum seal style closures. Container size range: 0.5" to 2-1/4" in Diameter x 1-1/4" to 6-1/4" in Height (with proper change parts). Equipped with 96" Long x 24" Wide stainless steel mesh conveyor belt with worm screw to star wheel infeed and discharge, gravity fed cap chute, rotary container handling wheel, (12) spindle roller sealing system set on 3" centers, automatic safety shut down sheild and seal force detection of cap seal force and reject of vials that don’t meet the seal force requirements and no container / no cap senser. Control panel has machine speed, hopper, seal and jog controls with digital counter. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters.

Kaps-All Model FC8, stainless steel 4 station, 8 spindle retorquer. Cap size range: 8mm to 120mm, Equipped with 6" wide x 120" long conveyor, side container gripper belts, 4 station, 8 spindle non-marring cap tighteners with adjustable torque clutches. Control panel has spindle and gripper belt on / off switches with speed controls dials, raise / lower switch, start, e-stop and status light. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Has Microprocessor controller with touch pad controls, digital readout and detection / customer connection ports with lockable disconnect and stack light, hand crank adjustabe with maximum ambient operating temperature of 122 Deg F. and humidity of 20% – 90% non-condensing. Incoming stop gate to prevent containers from traveling under the coil when the power is not on, detection package sensors to monitor stalled bottles, loose caps and missing foil faults, with reject solenoid air cylinder and verification sensors to detected and reject packages from the conveyor onto collection tray.
