PDC Model 75-ERL, Automatic shrink sleeve labeler and tamper evident neck bander, rated from 50 to 225 containers per minute – depending upon materials and application. Stainless steel construction. Band lay flat, 6.25" Band diameter 3/8" to 3", Band height 3/4" to 7" Equipped with 24" long product in feed screw and splicing table, knife cut off, "low material" / "no product" sensors and printed film registration. Control panel has Allen Bradley PLC has touch screen HMI with start, stop, e-stop push buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on (4) leg frame with interlocking safety guarding.

Equipped with cap hopper and pin wheel sorter, 36" long x 1" high double gripper belts for container handling and stability, with 2 stations, 4 spindles, with adjustable clutches. Control panel has quill, gripper, conveyor and spacer speed control dials with e-stop and interlock safety guarding. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.

Equipped with 120" long x 4-1/2" wide stainless steel container conveyor, 21" long x 25" wide x 18" deep (4 ft³) cap hopper, 77" long x 6" wide elevator with 2½" high cleats on 6" centers, 46" long x 5½" wide cap feeding / sorting belt, adjustable cap chute, with 24" long x 1" wide single container gripper belts, (3) hand crank adjustable (6) spindle stations (2) sets of mechanical clutches for increased torque control. Equipped with 25" long flat bar sealing head and capable of sealing up to 150mm caps. Microprocessor controller has touch pad controls with digital readout and detection / customer connection ports with lockable disconnect, hand crank adjustabe and has maximum ambient operating temperature of 122 Deg F. humidity of 20% to 90% non – condensing. Mounted on unitized portable stand with casters and leveling legs ment to roll over existing conveyor.

NJM / Beltorque Model BT-IC Inline, stainless steel, belt style cap tightener, with cap feeder rated from 30 to 300 containers per minute – depending on material and application. Cap size range: 0.9" to 4-3/4" OD, Container size range: 0.5" to 7" OD and container height range: 2" to 12". Equipped with 30" long x 1/2" wide double container gripper belts and (2) sets of 6" long x 1/2" wide cap tightner belts each side. Control panel has A/B controller with panel view and touch pad controller with digital readout, vari speed controls, statis light bar and e-stop. Mounted on "H" style stainless steel frame with leveling legs.
NJM Cleated cap feeder with 36" long x 24" wide x 21" deep stainless steel cap hopper with flip top cover, 80" long x 12" wide cleated belt conveyor with 7/8" high cleats set on 3" centers and 80" discharge height. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs.

Axon, Model EZ-130 automatic, tamper evident shrink neck bander or sleeve label applicator with Model EZ-36 shrink tunnel. Rated from 30 to 150 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Layflat: 15mm to 130mm. Film thickness: 40 to 70 microns (1.5 to 3 mil). Equipped with photo eyes for machine activation, low roll sensor, knife film cut off, stepper drive film feed system, vertical perf and tamp. Touch pad controller with LED display. Film specifications: up to 16" OD roll. Mounted on a height adjustable stainless steel frame.
