Resina, Model NRS-51HES LH, Left to right, single head chuck capper and cap feeder rated up to 60 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap size range: 70mm to 120mm, with proper change parts. Equipped with 4½" wide x 120" long container conveyor, 39" wide x 24" long x 30" deep Model HES bulk cap hopper and feeder has 17½" wide elevator belt conveyor with cleats set on 5" centers. Control panel has touch screen HMI with start, stop and e-stop controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding and adjustable leveling legs.

Fowler, Model CAPD-4/432, (4) head rotary chuck capper. Rated from 50 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with rotary pocket cap sorter, 5" wide belt conveyor with dual worm screw to star wheel indexing, (4) head chuck cappers set on 12" centers. Control panel has AB controller and touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding.

Resina Model, UN40, Automatic, 4 station, 8 spindle, stainless steel, capper. Rated from 20 to 300 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Designed to handle a wide variety of container and bottle sizes and shapes and to place caps onto containers ranging from 10mm to 70mm in width. Equipped with 84" long x 4½" wide stainless steel container conveyor, cap hopper and pin wheel sorter, 42" long x 1½" high double side gripper belts for container handling and stability, with 4 stations, 8 spindles cap tighting section set on 5" centers with adjustable clutches. Control panel has quill, gripper, conveyor and spacer speed control dials with e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with safety guarding.

New England Machinery, Model NERPP-2008 pump placer and tightner, designed for finger, lotion and trigger pump placements. Rated from 100 to 200 caps per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Model HE-20 cap elevator has 48" x 32" x 39" deep hopper, 18" wide cleated belt with 4" high cleats set on 6" centers. Cap elevator feeds into Model NES-60 cap sorter with 60" OD disc. Sorted caps transported to Model NERPP-2008 (8) head rotary pump placer and tightner with worm screw to star wheel indexing. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI controls and A/B powerflex vari-speed controllers. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with safety door guarding.

PDC, Model 75-M-ID, automatic shrink sleeve labeler and tamper evident neck bander. Rated up to 400 containers per minute – depending upon materials, application and machine configuration. Band Diameter: 0.375" to 3.5", Band height: 0.625" to 9". Equipped with 12" long product in feed worm screw, star wheel container indexing, 22" OD band reel low material / no band sensors and 36" long hot air tunnel with a 5" wide x 4" high aperture. Control panel has an AB controller and touch screen HMI.

Cap and container sizes per application. Equipped with 36" diameter x 12" deep sorting bowl, 84" long x 3½" wide plastic Delrin container belt conveyor with 29" infeed and discharge height. (12) screw capping heads, set on 5½" centers with missing cap and container detection with start, stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding.

Resina Model U40, Automatic, 4 station 8 spindle, capper rated from 20 to 300 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Stainless steel contact parts and is designed to handle a wide variety of container sizes, shapes and place caps onto containers ranging from 10mm to70mm. Equipped with inclined cleated cap feed conveyor with 32" x 36" x 18" hopper and 8" wide x 105" long belt with 2½" high cleats set on 9" centers, 128" long x 4½" wide stainless steel container conveyor, cap hopper and pin wheel sorter, 28" long x 1" high dual side container handling and stability gripper belts with 4 stations, 8 spindles cap tighting section set on 5" centers and has adjustable clutches. Pneumatic Scale Model TC450-10C Plugger and Hoosier Feeder Company Model FT50 feeder system with amount of containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Maximum plug size 89mm, Maximum container diameter 4.97" Maximum square container with turret pockets 3.93" x 3.93". Equipped with Hoosier Feeder Company Model FT50, with 30 cu ft stainless steel, prefeeder with 26" long x 40" wide x 22" deep, stainless steel product hopper and 104" long x 23" wide incline product feed belt with 1" high cleats set on 6" centers with 51" discharge chute height and 48" diameter stainless steel vibratory feeder bowl with 2" wide x 1" high tracks has low product eye and control panel with feeder and vari speed bowl controls, with start, stop, reset push buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel base platform with height adjustable leveling legs.
Pneumatic Scale, Model TC450-10C, plugger equipped with 52" long x 4½" wide container conveyor has 48" long worm screw to star wheel container handling, no container / no cap, (10) pluggers set on 5½" centers to star wheel discharge and (1) 28" long x 4½" wide discharge with (1) 28" long x 4½" wide reject lane conveyor. Remote Control panel has A/B Panelview 1000 HMI touch screen controls and stop, start and e-stop buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety door guarding and statis light bar.

Equipped with stainless steel, container conveyor with 4-1/2" wide x 120" long and has plastic Delrin belt with vari-speed controller, 25" long x 1" wide single container gripper belts, hand crank adjustable and has (2) station (4) spindle non-marring cap retorquing section with adjustable torque clutches and safety guarding. Control panel has spindle and gripper on / off switches with speed control dials, raise / lower switch, pressure gauges and start / e-stop push buttons. Model PS2100 incline cleated cap feeder with 112" long x 15" wide belt with 3" high cleats set on 12" centers and 48" x 44" x 32" cap hopper with 88" discharge height. Consolidated, Model D-8-P, 8-head rotary, chuck capper with number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application Capable of handling cap and containers of different sizes and shapes both with proper change parts. Cap size up to 120mm or 4.72". Equipped with 60" long x 3¼" wide product conveyor, has star wheel in feed and discharge, integrated 32" ID sorting wheel with feed chute, 16" OD turret with (8) capping heads set on 6 centers, has no container / no cap, control power on / off switch. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
