Tank Processors are tanks that are used for processing materials which usually are made of Stainless Steel and are fully jacketed and insulated with agitators and are designed for complete drainage of the products. Processing tanks are usually dished top and bottoms and may have Clean in Place capability. Processing tanks have a variety of agitation for simple mixers to triple motion agitators and full scrapping of the product from the walls and the bottom.
APV, 3,000 gallon capacity, 304 stainless steel jacketed process tank. Vessel dimensions: 120" diameter x 96" deep with a 53" straight wall and cone bottom. Equipped with a 18" diameter man way with flip bolt down cover, (2) CIP spray balls supplied by a 3½"OD / 3" ID Tri-clamp fitting, 5 / 10 Hp top mounted sweep agitator and 3½" OD / 3" ID Tri-clamp style bottom discharge with 12" ground clearance. Mounted on (5) tube legs.

Equipped with lift up / bolt down covers, top mounted 5 / 2½ HP bottom sweep agitation and (2) CIP spray balls supplied by a 3½"OD / 3" ID Tri-Clamp fitting. Slant bottom has 3½" OD / 3" ID bottom discharge with 8" ground clearence.

Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.

Mounted on stainless steel legs. Rectangle construction provides maximum capacity in small floor area.
